Simple, yet incredibly profound — the way Shamanic Breathwork can be used as a tool for inner transformation. It quiets the mind and shows us what is happening beneath the surface. Even if the mind forgets, the body remembers.
In this way, our breath works as a mirror, constantly reflecting our inner worlds. If we tense up from within, our breath becomes contracted. Luckily for us, the reverse is also true — when our breath expands and lets go, we do the same.
Slowly, layer by layer, your inner tension can melt and you begin to work through whatever presents itself in that moment.
Supported by sacred space and with the breath as your anchor, your intention will lead you on a magical path of self-discovery and healing.

Breathwork in Amsterdam: welcome to this intimate studio.
All ceremonies take place in Karunika Spiritual Center, a beautiful studio dedicated to everything conscious-work and embodiment practices.
Located at the cross-section of Amsterdam-Oost and the Rivierenbuurt, the studio is easy accessible with tram and bus stops just around the corner and with train/metro station Amstel only a 10 minute walk away. Paid parking is available in the whole street.
